The event, themed "Uniting Team Strength, Building a Brilliant Future", included team-building activities, a scenic river cruise, rafting, and water sports.By dividing employees into teams, everyone was fully involved. The activities highlighted individual skills while fostering strong teamwork.To boost engagement, the company prepared generous prizes for outstanding teams.
The day kicked off with ice-breaking and collaborative challenges designed to relieve work pressure, strengthen cooperation, and enhance team cohesion.Under the scorching sun, even as sweat soaked their shirts, teammates encouraged and supported one another.Through personal effort and perseverance, every task was successfully completed. After an exciting team competition, the "Brilliant Team" won the Outstanding Team Award.Ms. Hu Xiuli, General Manager, personally presented the award and praised the event highly.
Following the morning activities, we boarded a river cruise for lunch.Sailing along the Xiaobeijiang River, we enjoyed the scenery and savored local specialties.
After lunch and a brief rest, we headed to our final destination: Bijia Mountain Scenic Area.There, we explored waterfalls, tackled the Qinglong Gorge rafting course, and played in the water park.Floating down the winding river, surrounded by green mountains, the cool breeze and splashing water washed away the summer heat.The thrill of rafting rekindled our childlike joy. Racing downstream and splashing in calmer waters allowed everyone to let loose and fully enjoy the moment.
